Events and Activities
Each year the Foundation promotes a series of shows and events dedicated to Guido d’Arezzo, which take place in several of the city’s most characteristic venues: The Guidoneum Festival, Guido Day and the “Guido d’Arezzo” International Prize, the International and National Polyphonic Competitions, and the “New Voices for Guido” Youth Choir Competition. It also organizes the International and National Composition Competitions, edits the musicological journal “Polifonie,” and, in the field of training, runs the Higher School for Choir Directors.
