Website Accessibility Statement pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 (Transposition of EU Directive 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act)

FONDAZIONE GUIDO D’AREZZO, with registered office in Arezzo, 55100, Corso Italia 102, Tax Code/VAT No. 01120950512, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004, as well as pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). This statement aims to clarify the accessibility compliance status of the website: https://www.polifonico.org/en

Compliance Status

The website is currently not compliant with the digital accessibility requirements set out in the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard.

However, pursuant to the combined provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Articles 1, 2 and 15), Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 (Article 3, paragraph 2), AGID Circular No. 3/2022, and the relevant European guidelines, the website is not subject to the obligation of compliance for the following reasons:

  • The website was published online prior to 28 June 2025;
  • It has not undergone substantial modifications (such as graphic redesign, code restructuring, CMS change, or significant technological updates) after that date;
  • It is subject only to ordinary maintenance and content updates, which do not constitute substantial changes.

 

Therefore, at present, the website is not required to be immediately brought into compliance with the accessibility requirements set forth by applicable law.

Future Commitments

Should the website undergo future structural changes, redesign, or significant technological updates, the necessary accessibility adaptations will be assessed and planned in accordance with the applicable legal guidelines and timelines.
